Instructions
1. Fill out the form on this page.
2. Once you submit the form a notification will be sent to the board who will process your registration.
3. Send in your payment either by calling and paying with credit card or sending a check. (We hope in the future to be handle on-line transactions but until
we can gaurantee the security we will continue to do is the old fashion way.
4. Once your payment is recieved the OAA will activate your account and send you a confirmation e-mail notifying you of the activation.
5. Log on if you'd like to change your profile. In the future there will be special postings only visible to active members.
